Hello, Hubbard County 4-H'ers and welcome to the FairEntry registration for the Hubbard County 4-H Showcases, including the "Pre-Fair" Judging Experience before the fair, multiple judging experiences at the Hubbard County Fair, and Hubbard County 4-H Dog Show all taking place in Park Rapids, MN!

This FairEntry system allows you to register your 4-H projects for exhibition at the Hubbard County 4-H Showcases. All exhibits must be entered into this system prior to the end of the day on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM. After this point, the system will lock itself and no additional entries will be accepted.

As you register exhibits, please keep in mind:

  • Project age divisions are based on the grade the youth completed as of June 2026.

  • Each exhibit must be entered online by the end of the day on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM to avoid late registration consequences. Late entries may still exhibit at the county level, but will be ineligible for Grand and Reserve Champion awards or Minnesota 4-H State Event Trips.

  • When registering exhibits for the fair, please keep in mind that the quality of the projects exhibited is more important than the quantity of exhibits brought to the showcase for judging. To be respectful of our judges’ time, and our staffs’ time and resources, we ask that you only register for exhibits you know you will be able to complete by the time of the fair. Youth are able to register to bring up to two exhibits per class with the exception of interviews, Cloverbud animal science entries, showmanship, dog, horse, and llama-alpaca classes where youth are able to register to bring one exhibit per class. Cloverbud general exhibits are exempt from this registration limitation.

  • Club and group activity project exhibit registrations should be submitted by the club’s leaders using SignUp Genius. Club and group exhibit registration is due no later than 11:59 PM on Monday, June 15, 2026.

For basic registration instructions, open the FairEntry User Guide. For more detailed instructions that walk you through the registration process, we recommend to right click on this FairEntry Detailed Guide and open it in another tab/window to reference while you go through the registration process. There are narrated videos on using FairEntry as well as links to other information about registering for county fair here. All fair registration information, including user guide help, can also be found on the Hubbard County Extension website.

As always, please feel free to contact the Extension staff with any questions!
